If you are good at training, and you have the time to, you can easily make 16 mil a day. If you calculate that, in a week you'll have about 112 mil.
The Trick
The trick is GFA Farming.
Basically, you constantly make characters in a world and delete them after they have reached a certain level and completed a certain quest.
The Quest
The quest is called Subani's Legacy.
To obtain the quest, you must be at least level 36.
Location
To reach the NPC, you must go to Kerning City, and take the subway to New Leaf City (NLC). Once you have reached there, teleport all the way up until you have reached big ben tower.
Directions
Keep walking down the steps when you are inside big ben tower till you see Subani (A man holding a red whip). Talk to him and go in and hunt the monsters. If you do this quest with a friend, in a party, it is much faster.
Reward
Once you have completed, you will receive fame and a Gloves for Attack Scroll 60%. Those are worth 15-17mil in Windia.

Personal Tips
I personally like the Mechanic Class to do this most because they have the perfect skill set as the first job advancement. I also prefer to train at Stone Golem Temple (mini dungeon). Great EXP! Just use the drill skill, and gather them up, and use flame thrower. You can probably get to level 30 in about 2-4 hours depending on how fast you train. After that, do the chain quest of Saving Mushroom Kingdom. And you should be around level 36 really fast
